1. Using VexoSite
VexoSite provides project planning, room modeling, BOQ, supplier, ordering, and collaboration tools for interior architecture and construction workflows. You must use the app lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate account, project, supplier, and order information.
2. Professional and Permit Use
Drawings, BOQs, code-review summaries, measurements, renders, and exports are coordination tools. They are not a substitute for licensed professional review, stamped drawings, site inspection, product testing, or approval by the local authority. Before construction, filing, procurement, or installation, verify all dimensions, materials, code requirements, prices, and supplier specifications with qualified professionals.
3. Marketplace Responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for accurate product listings, lawful product rights, stock status, delivery information, warranties, certificates, safety documents, and local trade compliance. Buyers are responsible for checking suitability, quantities, site conditions, delivery constraints, and final acceptance before ordering or installing products.
4. Payments, Orders, and Disputes
Payment, escrow, refund, cancellation, payout, and dispute rules depend on the active payment provider, local law, and the final commercial terms for the launch country. Until those terms are finalized, any in-app payment or dispute text must be treated as operational guidance rather than final legal wording.
5. User Content and Product Assets
You keep responsibility for the files, plans, images, product data, 3D assets, and notes you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Supplier 3D models, textures, certificates, and product media must be licensed for the commercial use shown in the app.
6. Availability and Accuracy
The app can contain bugs, stale supplier data, offline limitations, or calculation errors. VexoSite should be checked against project documents, site measurements, supplier quotations, and professional advice before financial, legal, safety, or construction decisions are made.
