Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open VexoSite and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, bio, country/city)
- Projects, rooms, plans, 3D scenes, moodboards, BOQs and uploaded files
- Saved preferences, notifications and device push tokens
What is kept, and why
- Completed orders, invoices and payment records are kept in anonymised form (no name, email or phone) for as long as tax and consumer law requires — typically up to 10 years.
- A one-way hashed record that a deletion happened (no personal data).
Accounts with money still held in escrow (paid but undelivered or disputed orders) can be deleted once those orders are completed, refunded or cancelled, so neither buyer nor supplier loses funds. Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: الإعدادات › الحساب › حذف الحساب ثم اكتب DELETE للتأكيد. أو أرسل بريدًا إلى privacy@vexosite.com من بريد حسابك. تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية ومشاريعك وملفاتك؛ وتُحفظ الطلبات والفواتير المكتملة بشكل مجهول الهوية وفق ما يفرضه القانون.
Suppression du compte
Dans l'application : Paramètres › Compte › Supprimer le compte, puis tapez DELETE. Ou écrivez à privacy@vexosite.com depuis l'adresse du compte. Votre profil, vos projets et fichiers sont supprimés ; les commandes et factures terminées sont conservées sous forme anonyme lorsque la loi l'exige.
